I am a career mental health professional with several years of experience in a variety of settings including state hospitals, state prisons, and community mental health. I am passionate about high quality mental health treatment and invested in trauma competent care as I believe that mental health treatment should elicit growth and improvement while maintaining a respectful, thought provoking, and nurturing therapeutic environment. How I stay healthy and happy
I value self-care and leisure activities. In my spare time I can be found playing pickleball, cooking, watching basketball, woodworking, or playing with my dogs! I love to stay active and am open to trying all new activities to keep myself happy and healthy!
