Sees all ages
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I strive to build collaborative relationships with patients that cultivate health and wellness over time, taking into account each person's unique goals. I care for patients of all ages, and love working with new parents. I prioritize prevention as much as possible through an emphasis on healthy nutrition, stress management and mental well-being. With additional training and interest in menopause care, I particularly enjoy working with people in midlife as they navigate changes in their health over time. I value staying active in my local community with organizations like Doctors Without Borders and the New York State Academy of Family Physicians.
I stay healthy through consistent exercise and making time for hobbies like reading and baking. I love following New York sports with my family and skiing with my kids.
