I love everything about being a nurse! I have been an RN for 38 years and a Nurse Practitioner for the last 17 of those years. My career has been beyond fulfilling, and I am grateful to have found such alignment in my work. I practice from a holistic perspective and am committed to treating each of my patients in body, mind, and spirit. My patients teach me just as much as I teach them, and I am grateful for the exchange of wisdom that comes from partnering with those I care for.
How I stay healthy and happy
I try to set a good example for my patients by taking great care of my own health on all levels, and my patients definitely inspire me in this direction. I love cooking, being in nature, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my family and my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs.
