How I stay healthy and happy
To maintain both physical and mental well-being requires a balanced approach. I prioritize my health through a comprehensive fitness routine that includes regular weight training to build strength combined with cardiovascular exercise to support heart health and endurance. Equally important is prioritizing my nutrition and quality sleep, whcih serves as the foundation to recovery and overall wellness. To nurture my happiness and mental health, I embrace cultural enrichment through traveling to new destinations, attending concerts, orchestras and operas and engaging in thoughtful discussion as an active member of my book club. During my leisure time, I love exploring Chicago's vibrant coffee culture by discovering unique coffee shops through the city, and I enjoy hunting for treasures at vintage shops, where each find tells its own story and adds character to my life.
