I consider myself a scientist in service. I have always been curious about anything and everything, and I apply that perspective to the care of my patients. I use the most up-to-date scientific evidence to inform, teach, and reach my patients. But there is always so much to learn, and so many ways to apply that to our lives and our health. No two people on this earth are exactly alike, thus neither should their care be. The doctor-patient relationship is a covenant, and I honor that every day. As your physician, I will work with you to achieve your health goals.

How I stay healthy and happy
I am an avid weight lifter and indoor cyclist. Most weekends, you will find me out and about on the Metroparks trails with my kids. I also love creative writing, sketching, and painting. I love trivia as well!
