I specialize in diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, helping patients get safe, and effective care when they need it most. My goal is to provide clear answers, compassionate support, and practical solutions so you can feel better and get back to your life.

How I stay healthy and happy
I believe caring for others starts with caring for myself. I stay happy and healthy by practicing mindfulness; whether that's going for a morning run, practicing meditation, volunteering in my community and traveling to new places to learn about different cultures. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, my expertise is in urgent care, but I have a strong interest in preventative health and chronic condition management. I'm passionate about helping patients not only feel better in the moment but also thrive long-term. Outside of work, I love gardening, listening to a good book, exploring new local restaurants and spending time with family. Staying active and balanced helps me bring my best energy to every patient I see. Furthermore, these passions keep me grounded and allow me to connect with patients on a more personal level.
