About Kelli
Kelli Scott has been a physician assistant since 2005. She was born and raised in Northeast Kansas. She attended Ottawa University, Ottawa, KS, and received a BA in Medical Technology in 1989. She was a Medical Technologist in North Central Kansas for 14 years before returning to school in 2003 to obtain her degree as a Physician Assistant. She attended Wichita State University College of Health Professions, Wichita, KS and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005. She then began her career as a Physician Assistant at Salina Family Health Care Center in Salina, KS in 2005. There she practiced Family Medicine, providing health care from newborns thru geriatrics. In 2011, Kelli moved to Colorado Springs and expanded her practice horizons at Colorado Springs Health Partners as a Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology. While there, she also provided coverage in urgent care and family practice as needed. In 2015, she returned to Family Practice at Peak Vista Community Health Care Center. She joined PeakMed which is now Amazon OneMedical in 2016. Kelli enjoys seeing patients of all ages. She enjoys the variety of managing both acute and chronic medical conditions as well as providing preventative care. She also performs minor procedures such as skin lesion removals and joint injections in the office. She emphasizes patient education and the engagement of the patient in their healthcare decisions. Kelli enjoys spending time with her husband, children, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Some of her hobbies include photography and photo editing, gardening, baking, and target shooting.
