My goal as a provider is to build trusted partnerships with patients and their families. It’s important to me that patients always have comfort in their plan of care, and feel informed about their health. I’m passionate about health promotion, health education, and sexual health.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy pilates, hiking, daily meditation, and walking our two dogs. I love the outdoors and find gardening, camping, spending time at the beach or simply sitting outside very therapeutic!
