I am a dedicated family nurse practitioner who is interested in providing holistic care to every individual, and meeting each person where they are in their healthcare journey. I have a special interest in helping families, from newborns- senior adults, providing individualized care for every chapter of life. I also have a special interest in helping individuals with mental illness and/or neurodivergence. Every individual is unique and I find fulfillment in helping each person maximize their health and happiness.
How I stay healthy and happy
I am an avid sports fan and enthusiast; from ACC basketball to tennis, swimming, skiing and jogging in my youth, I like to remain active and healthy. I enjoy reading, movies and time spent with my family.
