Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
I enjoy creating professional friendships with patients to help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. I do this by using a whole-body approach by focusing on both the physical and mental health of my patients. My passion is in preventative care and focusing on minimizing and managing chronic health conditions to improve overall health and happiness.
How I stay healthy and happy
I was born and raised in northern Wisconsin (Go Pack Go), but currently living in North Carolina with my husband and 3 children (13, 4 & 2). I enjoy exercising, cooking healthy food and hiking my big dog Blu.
