Sees all ages

Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.

About Kate

Hello! I'm a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine who believes that good medicine starts with active listening and ends with a clear, evidence-based plan. I'm passionate about caring for patients of all ages with complex health concerns - whether it's managing blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, or weight-related conditions - and helping them feel genuinely better each day. My approach is practical and rooted in science, focusing on tests and treatments that truly make a difference. I enjoy working with patients who value a data-driven, collaborative approach to optimizing their health.

How I stay healthy and happy
Staying active is the most important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle! I love to go on runs with my partner on the weekends or to the gym in the mornings before work. I also think part of a healthy life is maintaining loving relationships with good people and spending time with likeminded individuals. We try to get together with close friends and family whenever possible. Good quality sleep, healthy food, and mindfulness throughout our days helps keep us at our best.
