My experience includes university counseling, nonprofits, and community mental health. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, focusing on how systems can impact your ability to authentically connect to yourself and others. I am passionate about human rights, holistic care, and equity in our community. Through care coordination, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions, I help individuals develop coping strategies, maintain engagement in treatment, and achieve their wellness goals.
