I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon and California. I completed my Masters of Social Work at DePaul University in Chicago with a focus in community practice. My clinical experience has been working at nonprofits in community mental health ranging from young adults to seniors. My goal in therapy is to create a safe space where you can become your best, empowered self. I work from a client centered, strength and tools based, trauma informed lens focusing on how systems may affect ones ability to authentically connect to relationships and their own mind and body. I am passionate about human rights, holistic care, and equity in our community.
