I take a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to practicing medicine, focused on getting to know my patients and their values in order to develop individualized health plans that best suit their needs. I pride myself in providing a non-judgmental and accepting environment for my patients. While able to provide comprehensive care for a wide array of health needs, I am particularly interested in adolescent, women's, and LGBTQ+ care. I also welcome any opportunity to practice travel medicine and enjoy preparing my patients for international travel. While completing an Academic General Pediatrics fellowship at the University of Minnesota, I focused my energies on older children and adolescents, learning how to best address their needs, collaborate with their parents, and prepare them to transition from their pediatric to adult care.
To stay healthy and happy, I practice yoga regularly, enjoy time spent in nature, and travel when possible. I love to cook and to explore the city's food scene. And I find live music and time spent with loved ones are great for the soul.
