My treatment philosophy integrates patient-centered care with evidence-based, integrative practices, emphasizing collaboration to help individuals achieve their wellness goals. I believe every patient deserves empathy, respect, and care that is responsive to their unique needs and values. A central focus of my approach is ensuring that patients feel heard and actively involved in their care journey.
How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of work and family time, I find fulfillment in the outdoors. Whether fishing, hiking, kayaking, or simply appreciating the beauty of nature, being outside allows me to recharge and stay grounded. I also stay active through hockey and regular workouts, and I place equal importance on activities that support both physical fitness and mental well-being. Striving for balance and growth is central to how I live my life.
