Sees ages 18+
I was born and raised in Cuba and moved to the United States at the age of 20 in pursuit of greater opportunities and a future in medicine. Primary care holds a special place in my heart because it allows me to care for the whole person --and often, the entire family. I'm passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients, managing chronic diseases, and empowering individuals through education and preventive care. Women's health, in particular, is a core focus of mine. From birth control to perimenopause care, I aim to help women navigate every stage of life with compassionate, informed, and comprehensive support. Beyond individual care, I hope to inspire my patients to achieve their health goals and advocate for their needs. My ultimate aim is to make a meaningful impact in my community by providing culturally aware, patient-centered care.
How I stay healthy and happy
When I'm not taking care of patients, I enjoy staying active through biking, jogging, paddle boarding, and long walks outdoors. I find joy and relaxation in spending time in nature, whether it's exploring a trail or doing water-related activities. I also love cooking and trying out new recipes. In my free time, you'll often find me spending time with my family or reading a good book by the beach.
