I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practice. I provide support for those with depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues, and issues related to trauma. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, building upon each person’s strengths, as well as utilizing various approaches to problem solving I have learned through my education and experience.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy being outside as much as possible, and I also love cooking.
