Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I enjoy connecting with people and providing tailored medical treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Understanding an individual’s values and preferences, explaining the latest gold-standard cares with rationale and together creating a treatment plan is my general approach to medical care. My ultimate goal is for the people I see to have peace of mind and confidence in the plan we together establish which allows for best adherence and outcome.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy healthy living including a mostly plant-based diet, intermittent fasting, and various forms of exercise daily. Other interests include ever-reading/learning, longevity medicine, carpentry, and chess.
