How I stay healthy and happy
I have a wonderful significant other and our love is very supportive and enhancing to me. I have an amazing 19-year-old daughter and we go out to dinners and to the beach often, she shares her life with me. I go power walking and jogging outdoors almost every day as well as other exercises. I have close family relationships and close friendships.

I have a master's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven Conn.
