I come from a place where listening, understanding, compassion, and connection can come together to create a path forward — not only in the context of therapy, but ultimately so one can learn to do this for themselves in everyday life. My approach is to create an environment of safety and calm so that we can work collaboratively and effect some change in your life. I tend to use therapy approaches that are grounded in mindfulness, cognitive, attachment, and relational principles.
How I stay healthy and happy
