I am from a small town in southwest Washington and still hold true to many of those ideals. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. I am knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements and how they can be used in combination with medications to improve health. I have a particular interest in diabetes care and mental health, as well as musculoskeletal health, including joint injections.

How I stay healthy and happy
I spend time with my family outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, and exploring. I also enjoy cooking, photography, and travel.
