Physician Assistant, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who undergo extensive practical training and board certification, and are licensed to practice medicine including the full range of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
My top priority with every patient interaction is to ensure they leave with a better understanding of their medical concerns and a plan of action. It is important that patients are informed and involved in their own health and well-being. I am here to provide appropriate guidance and treatment, balancing patients' autonomy with evidence-based medicine. I have experience in both family medicine and internal medicine since the start of my career.
How I stay healthy and happy
I tend to keep my circle small. My family gives me energy and peace. We enjoy leisurely hikes together often. We've also played many sports over the years: softball, volleyball, and basketball to name a few. I value my personal time as well, often listening to a good podcast or audiobook while taking a walk or relaxing in the hammock.
