I partner with patients to help clarify their desired health outcomes and then co-create an action plan that leverages their unique strengths and motivations in order to achieve long-term, sustainable change. I have come to this work through navigating my own health journey. I’ve seen firsthand the massive impact that diet, lifestyle, supporting mental health, and fostering meaningful connections can have in all aspects of wellness. As a board-certified health coach, I approach coaching from a holistic perspective (mind / body / spirit). I believe that everybody and every body is unique, therefore there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help empower you to not only make change in the immediate future but to develop the skills and confidence to make and maintain behavior change throughout the rest of your life. How I stay healthy and happy
Spending time in nature - usually hiking with my dog, carpentry and building projects, experimenting in the kitchen, listening to audiobooks, drawing, playing around on guitar and piano.
