I believe that each patient is an individual with their own unique health concerns and approach to care. Within my practice, I strive to make sure that each care decision is made with the patient and that it values their own cultural and personal beliefs. It is important to me to see each patient as a whole and a teammate as we aim for one common goal, which is to assist in reaching their optimal level of health. Another integral component of my practice is preventive health care. I strongly believe that most ailments and debilitating diseases can be prevented with routine care and counseling like blood pressure checks, diet and lifestyle changes, cancer screenings, etc. As an extended care provider, my practice areas of interest are the LGBTQ+ community, senior care, infant and child care, adolescent care, mental health conditions, and emergency care. My mission is to educate, counsel, care, treat, and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their own health and to feel like they are seen.
To stay healthy, I enjoy going for long nature walks, hiking, and cooking meals at home. My happiness comes from spending time with my family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, cooking, baking, watching my favorite shows, and meditating.
