Education: Med. College of Georgia

Jessica values building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve better physical and mental health through an integrative approach. She sees her role as a combination of coach and educator - educating, encouraging, and guiding people on their health journeys. She loves working with athletes, families, and anyone who's motivated to make positive changes in their life. Having lived and worked in a number of countries, she also enjoys working with people of other cultures.

To stay healthy, Jessica spends time outdoors and with loved ones, exercises and laughs daily, cooks, and meditates. When she's not working, she surfs, runs, hikes, bikes, skis, travels, and tires out her dog. In addition, she volunteers for several causes related to environmental health and climate change. Jessica earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and a master's degree in global health from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed one year of Emergency Medicine training at Georgetown University before switching fields to family medicine and graduating residency from Kaiser Napa-Solano Family Medicine Residency. She's board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a certificate in integrative medicine from the University of Arizona.
