I like to practice evidence-based medicine with a collaborative approach in which the patient and I make decisions as a team (shared decision-making). I am a family nurse practitioner with a passion for lactation, sexual/reproductive health, prenatal care, GYN procedures, and pediatrics. I have worked on medical missions in the Guatemalan Highlands and refugee camps in Greece where I provided primary and perinatal care to women and children.

To stay healthy and happy, I love to hike with my dogs and partner. I also love to paddle board and hang out with friends.
