My goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship with my patients by incorporating humor, empathy, and warmth into our conversations. I prefer to collaborate with patients to assist them in setting goals that feel important to them. I utilize interventions such as skill building, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT to help patients work towards their goals and reduce stressors in their lives.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time outdoors in Colorado and trying new foods/restaurants in my area. I recently restarted playing tennis and am picking up pickleball. I love to cook and to spend time with friends and family.
