Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I'm passionate about using a holistic and integrated approach to work with my patients so that they can feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally. I like to empower my patients to take control of their wellness through my passion for preventative medicine. I enjoy creating a safe space for my patients to discuss their goals and collaborating with them to discuss how we can achieve these goals. I also have an additional certification in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. My areas of expertise include nutrition and exercise, preventative medicine, integrative and complementary medicine, sports medicine, and LGBTQ+ health.
I stay healthy and happy through weightlifting, cardio, eating out, attending concerts, traveling, and watching Netflix.
