I enjoy caring for each patient holistically with a passion for Women's Health, Sports Medicine, and Preventative Medicine. Empowering patients with the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions about their health is at the cornerstone of my clinical practice. It is of the utmost importance that patients feel comfortable and confident in understanding the complexities of their health condition and the nuances of their care plan. I strive to create a collaborative and safe environment for patients to achieve their healthcare goals.
How I stay healthy and happy
Foundational to my well-being is quality time with my family and friends. Time with them keeps me grounded and refreshed. Staying active is important to me, which I tend to do mostly through long walks and playing tennis. I also enjoy attending sporting events and cheering on my favorite sports teams. In my spare time, I will take any opportunity to travel or try a new restaurant. To recharge, I enjoy reading a book or catching up on one of my favorite TV shows.
