Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
As a dedicated nurse practitioner, my approach focuses on the preventive aspect of care, emphasizing a holistic perspective that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms. Health education is at the core of my practice. I believe empowering patients and involving them in their care are keys to achieving optimal health outcomes. I became an NP to help bridge the gap in healthcare across diverse populations regardless of race, age, sexual preference, or cultural differences. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care. I am excited to work with you to reach your health goals and be your partner on your wellness journey.

How I stay healthy and happy
To stay healthy and happy, I make it a priority to disconnect and engage in activities that bring me joy and peace. I love to travel, read, meditate, and practice photography. Riding my Peloton and listening to music and podcasts helps me unwind. Spending quality time with my favorite people, writing about my experiences, and focusing on gratitude are also key components of my well-being.
