I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals and families across all stages of life. My background includes advanced training in orthopedics, which allows me to offer specialized support for musculoskeletal concerns alongside general primary care. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to stay well, I'm here to listen, guide, and support you every step of the way. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I really, really like bikes. I like to ride them, build them, fix them, and look at them leaning against trees. My 5-year-old thinks I'm part bicycle at this point. Whether it's cruising with my kiddo or convincing my spouse that “just one more bike” is a reasonable life choice, cycling is my happy place. And coffee.
