Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
My favorite part about being a primary care physician is continuity with my patients. I believe in truly getting to know my patients to ensure that they can come to me with any medical problems without hesitation. My goal is not only to help my patients maintain their health but improve it. In order to achieve this, I emphasize a lot on preventive medicine and strive to help my patients maximize both their physical health and mental health.
