Jacob approaches each patient individually, looks to identify the source of the problem, and tries to correct the underlying condition if possible. He believes the biggest impact on health comes from forming a strong relationship with each patient and empowering them with information to make educated decisions in their care.

To keep himself healthy, Jacob does yoga, stays physically active, eats a healthy diet, and swims. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, music, travel, and cooking. Jacob earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua. He completed his family medicine residency at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital in Michigan and did a sports medicine fellowship at Bayfront Health. He's board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
