My goal is to provide compassionate care with a focus on preventative medicine and patient education. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. Viewing healthcare as a collaborative effort, I work closely with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their needs and goals. Taking a holistic approach, I address both the symptoms and underlying factors contributing to my patients' health concerns. Additionally, I have a special interest in women's health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy weight lifting most days of the week as well as daily walks. I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and family, and I love traveling to different cities and countries.
