I like to meet patients where they are at and establish long term relationships to help people reach their health goals and flourish. My approach is holistic and I have a special interest in metabolic health and nutrition. Additionally, I am passionate about mental health and completed a fellowship in primary care psychiatry at UC Davis.
How I stay healthy and happy
I like to hike, fly fish, backpack, and cook healthy meals for my family. In my spare time you'll find me adventuring outside with my husband, three sons, and dog. I try to spend time each day reading, and during hockey season you might find me watching a Sharks game.
