I enjoy working with patients about their mental and physical health issues and goals that are most important to them, and empowering them to make the right health decisions for them at that moment in time. I’m especially passionate about preventive health, helping people manage chronic health conditions, and the importance of mental health in overall well-being. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches to develop successful and adaptive strategies and approaches. I provide assistance with patients who want to address anxiety, depression, chronic medical and pain management, relationships, grief and work-related stress.
