I enjoy partnering with my patients to determine the best path to become their best selves. This includes identifying the health issues they are most concerned about and the goals most important to them. I have extensive experience in primary care and have learned the importance of working together with people to make the right health decisions for them at that moment in time. I strive to treat each person as I would expect for my own family. I am particularly passionate about preventative care/lifestyle medicine, management of chronic medical conditions, sexual health, and mental health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy getting out in nature and hiking with my dog, walking, and jogging. I love Peloton workouts! I am most happy spending time with my family traveling, cheering on our sports teams, or just sitting around the dinner table.
