How I stay healthy and happy
To stay healthy, I eat a mostly vegetarian diet, exercise regularly (running, rock climbing, and hiking), drink lots of water, get enough sleep, meditate, and laugh and smile as much as possible. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, listening to music on vinyl, thrift shopping, and watching classic movies, new TV shows, and soccer.
