I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience as well as a Certified Sex Therapist. As a Social Worker, through an individualized approach, I like to help patients recognize their negative behavior patterns and learn how to use their resiliency to attain emotional balance and health. As a Sex Therapist, I help patients of any identity and preference who are experiencing relationship challenges with all aspects of arousal, intimacy, and sexual health. In addition, I also help patients who are having challenges with their gender identity.

How I stay healthy and happy
I like to stay happy and healthy by challenging. I also enjoy spending time in nature myself in different ways (I'm currently learning the saxophone)
