To me, primary care is about building a partnership. I will listen to your unique health and wellness goals to help you take steps toward achieving them. My background is in maternal-child and adolescent health, though I love working with folks of all ages and gender expressions.
How I stay healthy and happy
Getting outside for a hike or run makes me so happy. I also teach and practice yoga. I love cooking and sharing meals with friends and family. Always eager to hear recommendations for a good book, movie, or podcast!
