Doctor of Medicine, the most common degree for physicians. At One Medical, most of our MDs specialize in either Family or Internal Medicine.
I use a holistic, whole-person approach to healthcare and partner with patients to meet health and wellness goals. My practice style is evidence-based and collaborative, empowering people to take ownership of their health with individual treatment plans unique to their needs. I have a special interest in chronic disease management (including HIV medicine), addiction medicine, and women’s health. My experience in public and global health lends to caring for patients from diverse backgrounds.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy regular yoga practice, hiking, and cooking. I’m an advocate for social justice and volunteer to provide healthcare for refugees and asylum seekers.
