Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. My goal is to meet patients where they are— whether they’re managing a chronic condition, navigating a life transition, or just trying to feel better in their bodies. I take a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach that considers the physical and emotional layers of health. I aim to provide clear, evidence-based information that helps patients make educated decisions and leave each visit feeling more informed, supported, and hopeful. I especially enjoy working with older adults and collaborating with patients to create care plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
How I stay healthy and happy
To stay happy and healthy, I focus on movement, reflection, and staying connected to what matters. I enjoy catching the sunset, perusing Barnes & Noble for the next literary gem, sharing good meals and laughter with friends and family, and carving out space for joy and curiosity in my day-to-day life. These simple moments help me recharge and stay present—both personally and in the care I provide.
