My approach to healthcare is to walk alongside my patients in every season of life to help them achieve their healthcare goals. I aim to support my patients as they navigate the complexities of various chronic health conditions with an emphasis on preventative health and integrative health. I am especially passionate in women's & reproductive health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I stay healthy and happy by trying new workout classes (pilates, barre, and cross-fit) at my gym, exploring new walking/hiking trails, and cozying up under a warm blanket with a good book.
