Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as both an ICU nurse and a massage therapist; roles that have fostered my passion for preventive and complementary medicine. I believe in a holistic approach to patient care, viewing each individual as a whole person and collaborating as a team to achieve shared health goals. I am particularly dedicated to supporting individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy traveling, running, yoga, strength training, volunteering at the city animal shelter by walking the adoptable dogs, and spending time with my own dogs (and my husband).
