Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
I aim to collaborate with clients to provide a tailored and personal approach to meeting their health goals. My professional philosophy is to provide individualized care that addresses all aspects of health and wellness, both physical and mental. I strive to integrate compassion into evidence-based practice standards to care for individuals in the best possible way.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and neighbors. We’re often found walking the neighborhood with our dog or out in our garden. I can also be found doing an array of outdoor activities with my young daughter: Biking, nature hikes, and swimming as often as possible. I also enjoy participating in community outreach projects that focus on health, wellness, and community engagement.
