I am passionate about health, wellness, and disease prevention. I work with you where you're at on your health journey, and my goal is to guide you in the right direction towards your health goals. I prescribe medications as necessary, but will not overlook how important lifestyle is for overall health and well-being. People are not one size fits all, so why should health care be that way? ErikaShe, her, hers. How I stay healthy and happy I enjoy regular exercise (strength training and running), meditation, hiking, and spending quality time with my daughter. We love spur of the moment weekend trips, exploring new places, roller coasters, and anything outdoors. I just moved back to Colorado so my daughter and I could be close to our family after living on the east coast for the last 14 years, and as much as I love the mountains I will absolutely miss coastal living! I love to eat healthy, but absolutely hate cooking, so that is always a struggle in my home! I really strive to live the life I preach, but I am by no means perfect. In fact, my close friends know that they can always cheer me up with a bag of gluten free pretzels and a tub of cake frosting. Moderation is key! My future goals are really aimed at continuing to improve myself so that I can continue to help others.
