By collaborating with patients to clearly define their needs and healthcare goals, they can find a sustainable balance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

To stay healthy and happy, Emily enjoys yoga (both practicing and teaching), biking, running, HIIT workouts, nature walks, spending time with her son and husband, gardening, flower arranging, cleaning, and reading. She earned her master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from Columbia University and a master's degree in health policy and management from Mailman School of Public Health. She’s board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
