My approach to counseling is rooted in a strengths-based, systems approach; recognizing that developmental and environmental factors influence growth and impact clinical assessment. I am dedicated to providing counseling that supports the well-being and healthy growth of all folks I see in a therapeutic setting.

Outside of therapy?
I can be found teaching, playing games, hiking, exploring the world through food & art, cooking, swimming in the ocean, and hanging out with my family and dogs.
