I am dedicated to providing counseling that supports the well-being and healthy growth of all clients I see in a therapeutic setting.

How I stay healthy and happy
In my free time I love to cook, explore the world through travel and art, and spend time with my family & dogs. I'm an avid hiker, pickleball player, and food enthusiast.
