About Ellen
Ellen sees herself as a partner and resource to her patients as they navigate what can be a very complex healthcare system. Using evidence-based medicine, she helps people focus on healthy and productive lifestyles, no matter their life stage. She aims to educate patients about the risks and benefits of each test or treatment option in order to partner with patients on treatment goals. Ellen is passionate about building relationships with patients over time, lifestyle medicine and focusing on the close relationship between mental and physical well being. Her clinical interests include preventing complications of diabetes and high blood pressure, anxiety and depression and caring for patients after medically complicated pregnancies.

To stay healthy, Ellen enjoys cooking healthy meals and sharing them with friends and family as well as swimming and spending time outdoors. When she's not working she’s often listening to podcasts while exploring the city. Ellen earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and George Washington University Hospital. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine.
