Elizabeth takes into account all aspects of patients' lives – from genetic traits to physical and emotional environments – and seeks to empower them to improve their sense of well-being. Having studied medical acupuncture at Stanford School of Medicine, she incorporates acupuncture into her practice along with conventional medical treatments and a combination of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle adjustments. Elizabeth completed her undergraduate training at Pitzer College and University of Southern California and then went on to earn her MD from Mayo Medical School. After completing her residency in family medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, she gained extensive experience in family medicine, adolescent medicine and orthopedic and surgical care before entering into private practice in 2001. Most recently, Elizabeth worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Hawaii before joining One Medical Group. She is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
