Joining people on their therapeutic journey is truly a gift. My aim is to partner with you to develop goals that move you in a direction towards the present and future you desire. I take a holistic approach that centers your individual needs and respects your multiple layers of identities through a social justice and culturally humble lens. Some of my areas of clinical interest include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma informed care, navigating life transitions, and providing culturally affirming care to individuals that identify as people of color and/or LGBTQ.
